Continuous Monitoring and Feedback
To ensure continuous monitoring and feedback, we propose to align the entire city on Google Maps for real-time GIS tracking, while individual machines involved in waste management are equipped with GPS devices. The world-class war rooms, equipped with high-configured computer systems and mega screens, enable comprehensive monitoring of city sanitation. Staffed by highly skilled professionals, these war rooms facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additionally, we offer a robust complaint redressal process and conduct customer outreach programs to gather feedback. We prioritize timely closure of complaints, define Turnaround Time (TAT), and actively seek customer input to continuously improve our services and meet the evolving needs of the city.
